What to Expect from the Class
We’ll target key muscle groups with fun, functional, and effective moves. Expect a mix of full-body exercises, core work, and plenty of encouragement to keep you motivated. You’ll leave feeling strong and accomplished!
Classes are friendly and relaxed, and suitable for most people.

Class locations
Tuesday: 17:30-18:15
Buxton Methodist Church
Go through the doors on the left with the stairwell ahead. We are in the room upstairs.
Thursday: 18:45-19:15
Burbage Primary School
Classes are held in the main hall straight ahead as you go in. Some parking available on site as well as road side. Toilets available.

If you’ve not been to any of our classes before or for over 12 months then you’ll need to complete a health questionnaire. This can be done through the link below or through the prompt within the booking app Gymcatch.
