ACCIDENTAL FITNESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
CLASS ETIQUETTE
All participants must fill in and sign Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire/ Liability Waiver online form before taking part in any class.
All class participants must be signed in on arrival, this is so we know who is in the class in the unlikelihood of an evacuation.
Please ensure that you arrive for classes in good time. We may refuse entry if you are late upon arrival and/or if you miss the warm up for dance fitness or the first 10 minutes of a yoga class, s this is a vital part of the class and mandatory for health and safety reasons, should you miss the this you will not be permitted entry.
Please ensure that you wear appropriate footwear such as trainers for dance fitness and suitable clothing such as gym wear, bring your own water & any other relevant equipment needed for the session such as a yoga mat to the yoga classes or any medical equipment you may need such as inhalers or glucose monitors.
Be kind, courteous and mindful of your other participants in class at all times, and also be mindful and respectful of the surrounding areas when you arrive and leave.
Listen to the Instructors instructions at all times as they have a duty of care to you and other participants.
We do not under any circumstances tolerate any type of discrimination, abuse, bullying & mistreatment of anyone. Should any of this take place under the operations of Accidental Fitness you will immediately be asked to leave and will be removed from any future classes without a refund.
BOOKING A CLASS
We operate our booking system through Gymcatch which is a well established and reliable booking site. Simply follow the link: https://app.gymcatch.com/provider/1301 to be taken to the Accidental Fitness booking page where all current classes are listed. You will then need to book onto the classes you wish to take part in. If you are new there will be Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a Liability Waiver online form that you will need to complete before attending your class.
You will need to make payment at the time of your booking either pay as you go or one of the other options, such as a class pass. We do operate waiting lists, if a class is fully booked simply click “join waiting list” and your name will be added and you will be notified via email if a space becomes available. This is on a first come first serve basis so it is strongly recommended to book your places ASAP to save disappointment, particular for yoga classes where spaces are more limited.
*When booking for your classes please be sure to select the correct date and class type.
Payments when making your booking will be taken via Stripe which is a secure online payment portal which allows you to use a debit or credit card at checkout.
We no longer accept walk ins to classes all spaces must be booked and pre-paid for.
BOOKING ESSENTIAL
All classes operate via a booking system where you pay upon making a booking. Please note that classes can get busy especially at peak times so booking is essential for you to secure your place, we would strongly recommend to book ASAP to save disappointment or when you definitely know you can attend. Bookings are also open until the class begins if you wish to book on last minute providing there is space left. Should you wish to cancel a class please adhere our cancellation policy. Classes are capped for health and safety to ensure there is enough room to comfortably move.
CLASS PASSES
There are a number class passes and a yoga monthly pass to choose from, which exist to save you money on your regular classes. Please note that it is your responsibility to assess if these will work for you, considering any time out planned or unplanned you might have. If you tick the auto-renew button on the yoga monthly pass then it is your responsibility to uncheck it when needed. We will not offer any refunds on any type of pass. If an instructor has to cancel classes for a week in succession or more (such as with sickness or holiday) then we will extend the passes by the same amount. Please note that we will not extend passes if you are unable to attend a class or classes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate a strict cancellation policy. We do understand that things come up in everyday life that can change your plans but please be respectful that we are a business and that other participants could have your place. We DO NOT offer refunds on bookings & we only give class credits if you cancel at least 6 hours prior to the class starting. Please be respectful of this.
